Problem
Pallet suppliers and timber businesses in Pakistan rely on word-of-mouth and phone calls, with no modern web presence to showcase inventory or attract B2B clients. Competitors lack digital catalog systems, instant inquiry tools, and SEO visibility.
My Approach
Built a full-stack Next.js business site with a RAG-powered chatbot (Groq + Gemini + vector embeddings) for intelligent visitor assistance. Prisma + Neon DB for content management, JWT auth for admin panel, and WhatsApp click-to-chat for lead generation. Organized around clear product categories with a blog for SEO content.
